I used AMP for my Chiropractic clinic whilst away on holiday recently. The staff dealt with all my calls in a professional manner and took all the relevant notes needed for when I returned. We've used AMP for about six months now to take overflow calls - The service is great and I wouldn't change it..It took a few weeks, but the team now seem to know exactly how to handle various types of call for us, and it's almost like they go through a "What would Paul do" process when deciding how to direct callers. I think a key to this is a low staff turnover and a small team, something that in the contact centre business is hard to come by.In the last six months, we have only had three calls that have bounced back because nobody has picked up - not a bad statistic!
